ATHENA Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser

     I saw a picture of this diffuser about a month ago and just had to have it!  It is so pretty, the led lights change colors slowly for a nice soothing experience.  There is no noise, it is completely quiet and it has up to six hours of running time.  

     An hour or two before I go to bed I put some lavender or vanilla essential oil in my diffuser.  This sets a nice calm and relaxing bedroom and helps me falls asleep.  I do not have to worry about shutting it off since it has an auto-off function after three or six hours.

     The diffuser comes with a remote and has different settings.  The lights have two different modes, gradient color to solid color.  Then you can set the brightness as well with strong or weak.   You can also chose two misting modes, continuous or intermittent.  Intermittent is 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off.  In continuous mode you can set the timer for 1,2 or 3 hours.  In intermittent mode you can set the timer for 2,4, or 6 hours. You can run the diffuser with no light as well but, why would you want to?  It is so pretty.

     As you probably know by now if you read my reviews, I really like InstaNatural's products.  They recently came out with essential oils.  Of course I just had to try them!  They are great quality and smell wonderful.  I am currently obsessed with anything Lavender and I could just sit and sniff this oil all day long.

Fractionated Coconut Oil 

     What is fractionated coconut oil and how is it different from the coconut oil I use in my kitchen?  Here is the answer I found on https://www.organicfacts.net :

As the name implies, Fractionated coconut oil is a fraction of the coconut oil from which almost all the long chain triglycerides are removed, thus leaving mainly the medium-chain triglycerides and making it an absolutely saturated oil. This saturation gives it a very, very long shelf life and greatly increased stability.

     Fractionated Coconut Oil is an all-natural carrier oil that easily absorbs into the skin, making it a great oil for topical therapies.  I have been mixing this coconut oil with different essential oils that I have to make wonderful therapeutic and scented skin oils.
