This thing is sharp! Glad is comes with a cover sleeve or I'd be afraid we'd cut our fingers rummaging in the drawer. For my test I grated up some smoked gouda to go on my pita bread. This worked great. It's a small grate and easy to use. Also, easy clean up. I rinsed it off and threw it in the dish washer.
I do not zest that often but, now when a recipe calls for zesting I will not have to rule it out and will be able to use my new zester!
