My honest opinion:
All three colors were not the same in brightness but, noneless they were really cool and my 6 year old and the neighbor kids had fun trying them out on their bikes. Yes, the lights are easy to install, even the kids were able to get them on their tires after I showed them how. Once the lights are on the bikes they look different than the picture up top that I got from the company. I could not get the kids to ride fast enough to get the lights to look like the picture.
It is hard to see the lights but, here is a video of what the lights looked like on a bike for me:
