MY HONEST OPINION:
I so suffer from foot pain due to having such flat feet. To put these insoles to the test I put them in a pair of flat boots that hurt my feet. Then I work these boots to work, since I would be on my feel the whole time. Yes, they worked! When I came home my arches and heels did not hurt as they normally do after wearing these boots. This product past the flat foot challenge! :)
