MY OPINION:
Since taking this probiotic my stomach has been feeling better and I have felt a little lighter with energy. I love that it is safe for adults and children. It is easy to swallow and can be taken with or without food. There is also an option described on the bottle as "intense repair" were you can take up to 3 tablets once per day.
