Sleep & Slumber
It says Maximum Strength formula with melatonin on the bottle and I am happy to say that yes, this is stronger than any other natural ingredient sleep aid I have ever tried before. If I just take melatonin my itself I fall asleep good but do not stay asleep. With Sleep & Slumber I stay asleep and if I do wake up I have no problems falling right back to sleep. The product claims wake up fresh & energized, I am not a morning person and have never felt energized in the morning. With that said, maybe someone else will. I had my husband try it and he said he "woke up fine." Whatever that means in man talk, I guess it was good.
This product is meant for adults and has high quality natural ingredients such as melatonin, valerian extract and hops extract. Melatonin helps you fall asleep when you should and can help you wake up when you should. Valerian extract is a great complement to meletonin and has been proven to help you fall asleep faster and it gives you better sleep quality. Hops extract works together with the valerian extract to help improve sleep and decrease the time it takes to fall asleep.
These capsules are strong but, nothing like taking an actually "sleeping pill." The product is more relaxing and has a natural feel, instead of just knocking you out and making you groggy in the morning.
