
On day 1 I thought to myself, why did I want to do this again? I hardly ever finish a DVD workout and rarely do the workout more then once or twice. I had to change my frame of mind if I was gonna do this. Well, I did it! The whole work out, the whole 60 minutes.
Erin Buchanan is so sweet and motivating I found my self pushing through the workout. She is very positive and I felt like I had myself my own little guru. If she ever comes to Virginia I'd love to take a class with her in person.
This work out is great for anyone. The exercises are simple and you can modify them to make them harder or easier. I felt my hidden muscles working in the first workout and felt stronger too! Erin recommended doing at least 30 minutes for 6 days a week. Each time I did the workout it felt my muscles getting stronger.
I have a really hard time getting my self motivated but, once I get started with these moves I can get 30-60 minutes with no giving up. Also, I have a really hard time with workouts that make you jump around or are high-impact. This is high intensity but low impact. Easy on the knees, back and joints. The instruction is so easy to follow.
