MY HONEST OPINION
There is a lot of powder in this container and when making your mask a little goes a long way. There a different recipes on the container on different uses for the seaweed powder. I tried the messiest way, the body wrap. It felt like a spa treatment! Remember that seaweed has a fishy, sea smell and you can add essential oils to your mixture to cover up the scent.
