My honest opinion:
I normally take biotin so, when I had the chance to try this natural vitamin I was very happy. My hair grows at a snails pace. I have really been trying to grow my hair long for 5 years. So, you'd think it would be down my back by now but, nope. It's just below my shoulders and started out as a chin length bob, a pregnancy decision I now regret.
So far after a couple of weeks taking the Hair Growth Vitamins my looks nice and has a shine to it as well. I have some new growth of baby hairs but, I need a trim so I can't tell if I have gotten and length from taking the vitamins.
Due to the vitamins being all natural and that they seem to be working I am going to continue to take them for another month or two and see if they can help me with my snails pace growing hair.
